When you submit the consultation request form, AMEC collects the information you choose to provide, including your name, email address, optional phone number, current country or location, enquiry type, contact and consultation preferences, message and privacy consent.
AMEC may also receive limited technical information associated with website access and form delivery, such as an IP address, browser information and submission time, where this is processed by the website hosting and form services.
Why information is collected
AMEC uses initial enquiry information to review your request, identify the type of service or professional support that may be relevant, contact you about consultation availability and format, explain any applicable fee, and manage the enquiry.
Submitting the form does not create a client relationship or confirm an appointment.
Avoid sensitive identity data
Please do not send passport numbers, visa grant numbers, identity-document images, financial account details or other sensitive identity information through the initial consultation form. If further information is needed, AMEC will explain an appropriate way to provide it.
Storage and protection
Form submissions are processed through Netlify’s form-handling service and made available to authorised personnel for enquiry management. AMEC takes reasonable steps to protect information from misuse, interference, loss and unauthorised access, modification or disclosure. No method of internet transmission or electronic storage is completely secure.
Information should be kept only for as long as reasonably needed for the enquiry, related professional and operational requirements, and applicable legal obligations.
Disclosure
Information may be shared within the AMEC professional team and with service providers supporting website hosting, form processing and business administration. Where an enquiry requires a registered migration agent, legal practitioner, education counsellor or accountant, relevant information may be shared with the appropriate professional after the scope of the enquiry is understood.
AMEC does not describe submitted information as being sold. Information may also be disclosed where required or authorised by law.
Access and correction
You may request access to personal information AMEC holds about you or ask for inaccurate information to be corrected. Identity may need to be verified before a request is completed. Some access requests may be limited where permitted or required by law.
